● U.S. Authorized Seller Program
SNAP Authorized Seller Program
SNAP works with retailers, distributors, and resellers across the United States to get our products to customers safely, consistently, and with the service they expect. This program sets out the standards our authorized partners are expected to follow. Our authorized program went into effect on September 10th, 2026.
● How you receive your policy
Getting the policy that governs you
Each partner is governed by one specific policy based on how it buys from and sells SNAP products. SNAP determines which policy applies to your business and provides it to you directly — please don't assume which one governs you.
SNAP identifies your segment
Based on your relationship with SNAP — how you purchase and who you sell to — SNAP determines whether you're a retailer, distributor, or reseller.
You receive your specific policy
SNAP (or your supplying Authorized Distributor) provides you with the individual policy that outlines our expectations for your sales of SNAP products. This is the policy you're expected to follow.
Haven't received yours?
If you haven't been provided the policy for your relationship, or you're unsure which applies, contact SNAP and we'll send you the correct one.
Need your policy?
Email us and we'll provide the policy that governs your relationship with SNAP.
● Why the program exists
Protecting quality, brand, and our partners
The Authorized Seller Program exists to keep SNAP products in a controlled, quality-assured channel — which protects both consumers and the partners who sell our products the right way.
Quality control
Authorized sellers are expected to follow storage, handling, and other quality and customer-service standards so end users get products that are safe, authentic, and properly supported.
Brand integrity
Consistent standards across the channel protect the reputation of the SNAP brand and the partners who represent it.
Action against unauthorized sellers
The program helps SNAP identify and act against unauthorized sellers offering damaged, diverted, or otherwise poor-quality products that harm consumers and authorized partners alike.
